Overview
We’re looking for a creative design-driven WordPress Website Developer to join our team onsite in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is a long-term career opportunity with room for growth. You’ll work directly with our team and clients to build and maintain professional websites for dental practices. What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain WordPress websites using best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues (CSS, HTML, plugin conflicts, etc.).
- Ensure websites are clean, professional, and optimized for performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Collaborate with our internal team to deliver high-quality web solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and responsiveness.
- Optimize websites for search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve visibility.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience building WordPress websites - example(s) required.
- Professional design sensibility – no “goofy” or overly casual site styles.
- Strong understanding of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic PHP.
- Ability to diagnose and fix WordPress-driven technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
- Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Must be able to work onsite in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with dental or healthcare websites is a BIG plus!
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator for graphic asset creation and management
- Knowledge of website performance optimization.
