Duties And Responsibilities
- Coach dentists to build better systems, teams, businesses, and lives.
- Analyze practice management data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans.
- Deliver personalized consulting services both remotely and on-site, as needed.
- Implement business strategies that promote growth and sustainability.
- Mentor dental teams by providing constructive feedback and motivational support.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the dental consultancy field.
- Handle multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Proven experience as a dental business consultant.
- Strong understanding of dental office processes and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, energetic, and ready to bring fun into your work. Innovative, adaptable, and able to pivot on a dime.
- Driven by personal and professional growth. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend conferences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
