Florida based large, sophisticated organization is currently seeking a highly capable, tech-savvy, experienced Senior Paralegal / Legal Operations Specialist to work directly with the General Counsel. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to go beyond traditional paralegal work and play a key role in building systems, improving efficiency, and supporting high-level legal strategy. This position is full-time and on site in the West Palm Beach Florida area.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to subpoenas, including coordinating and organizing document production
- Support a high volume of commercial contracts, including tracking, organization, and issue-spotting
- Build and improve document management systems and legal workflows
- Create and implement SOPs to streamline legal processes
- Partner directly with the General Counsel on active matters and strategic initiatives
- Help organize and manage multiple legal projects simultaneously
- Leverage technology (including AI tools) to improve efficiency and scalability
- Act as a key point of coordination across legal, business, and external stakeholders
Requirements/Skills:
- 5 years of experience as a paralegal (commercial litigation, in-house, or solo practitioner environment preferred); Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong experience handling subpoenas and document production
- Exposure to high-volume contract environments
- Experience with document management systems (iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to build processes, workflows, or SOPs
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools, including AI applications
- Polished, professional, and confident working with senior leadership
