Position overview
We are looking for a reliable, professional, and highly motivated individual who can join our team as an Full Charge Bookkeeper reporting to our Accounting Manager, in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must be pleasant, hardworking, highly organized and detail oriented. Qualities important to this role are reliability, responsibility and a conscientious work ethic.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 5 years of previous bookkeeping experience.
- 5 years of Quickbooks experience and high-volume Accounts Payable
- Law firm accounting experience a plus
- Accuracy in entering accounting transactions
- Bank reconciliations as well as credit card reconciliations
- Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Word
- Administrative duties as needed
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
