- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines throughout service.
- Process payments accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
