Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems ensuring all dietary needs and preferences are accommodated
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering responsibilities efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests
• Assist with food preparation, food safety protocols, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience or food industry background preferred; experience in fine dining or nightlife environments is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems is appreciated
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in busy settings
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and revenue
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
• Experience in serving, bussing tables, host/hostess duties, or nightclub hospitality is beneficial
