Duties

• Operate automatic dish machine
• Wash, rinse, sanitizer, air dry all pots, pand, plates, and small wares.
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety standards
• Deliver excellent guest relations through clear communication, attentive service, and prompt problem resolution

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant sanitation or restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly attitude and guest-focused approach
• Willingness to learn new skills such as cross training, etc
