Dennett Rehab Center, a beautiful 99-bed skilled nursing facility in Oakland, Maryland, is seeking a compassionate and caring Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) to join our team! As a GNA at Dennett Rehab Center, you'll be part of a dedicated team that provides top-notch care and compassion to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding)
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators
• Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff
• Support residents' emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care
• Support the facility's philosophy of care and strive to achieve its goals and objectives.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Certified Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) in Maryland
• A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and vulnerable populations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
