Marketing Analytics Specialist

Denison Yachting
Fort Lauderdale, FL Full Time
POSTED ON 4/3/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 9/28/2026

Overview

Denison Yachting is seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist to turn our campaign, CRM, and web data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter marketing decisions. This is not a coding or engineering role — it's for a sharp, platform-savvy marketer who is fluent in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and paid media reporting, and who can translate performance data into recommendations the team can actually act on. You'll be the person who knows why the numbers moved, what to do about it, and how to communicate it clearly.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from HubSpot CRM, GA4, paid media platforms, and listing databases to produce actionable marketing insights
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and regular reporting for key marketing KPIs — traffic, leads, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and email engagement
  • Monitor and report on paid media performance across Google Ads and Meta — identifying trends, budget inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
  • Analyze HubSpot email campaign data — open rates, CTR, unsubscribes, workflow performance — and deliver recommendations to improve results
  • Track and report on website performance via GA4 — traffic sources, user behavior, funnel drop-off, and landing page effectiveness
  • Support A/B test analysis for email campaigns, landing pages, and ad creative — translating results into clear recommendations
  • Present findings to the marketing team and leadership in clear, visual reports that non-technical stakeholders can understand and act on

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Assist with data hygiene in HubSpot CRM — list accuracy, contact deduplication, field standardization, and pipeline health
  • Analyze boat show ROI, campaign attribution, and seasonal market performance
  • Support the broader marketing team with ad hoc data pulls, audience segmentation, and reporting requests
  • Identify gaps in tracking or reporting coverage and recommend improvements
  • Stay current on platform updates across HubSpot, GA4, Google Ads, and Meta that affect reporting or measurement

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a reporting-focused marketing role
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot — reporting, dashboards, contact lists, campaign analytics, and CRM data
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — traffic analysis, event tracking, conversion reporting
  • Experience reading and reporting on paid media performance in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, data cleaning, and performance summaries
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple platforms into a cohesive, readable report or dashboard
  • Clear communicator — comfortable presenting data findings to non-technical team members and leadership
  • Detail-oriented with a habit of questioning numbers and checking data accuracy before reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Analytics or HubSpot certifications
  • Experience with Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) or similar dashboard tools
  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, attribution models, and campaign tagging best practices
  • Experience in luxury goods, real estate, marine, or travel marketing environments
  • Exposure to SEO performance reporting (Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs)
  • Comfort with AI-assisted reporting tools or prompt-driven data workflows

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
