Overview

We are seeking an Email & Content Marketing Specialist to own two of our most important marketing channels: HubSpot email marketing and content creation. This person will drive broker and client engagement through strategic email campaigns and produce compelling, on-brand content that elevates our listings, services, and brand across the web and beyond.
Responsibilities
Email Marketing (HubSpot)
- Design, build, and deploy broker emails, promotional campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows in HubSpot — including responsive HTML/CSS templates and HubSpot Block Editing
- Develop and manage nurture sequences, trigger-based workflows, and autoresponder campaigns to engage prospects and clients throughout the sales funnel
- Own list management and database health — segmentation, bounce monitoring, deliverability, and sending reputation
- Collaborate with the CRM team to implement workflows and improve integration between email campaigns and HubSpot CRM
- Track, analyze, and report on email performance metrics including open rates, CTR, and conversions — using data-driven insights to execute A/B tests and ongoing optimization
- Establish and maintain clear processes for scheduling, approving, and executing email campaigns across teams
Content Marketing & Copywriting
- Research, write, and edit a range of marketing content including website articles, blog posts, email copy, social captions, brochures, video scripts, and press releases
- Own and manage a content calendar covering listing promotions, broker highlights, charter updates, market reports, industry trends, and seasonal campaigns
- Develop SEO-focused content strategies to drive consistent organic traffic growth — including keyword research and on-page content optimization
- Write video scripts for YouTube and Instagram content that supports storytelling, lifestyle branding, and yacht promotion
- Support brokers with personalized content — broker bios, social posts, and shareable articles they can use in their own marketing
- Proofread and edit copy across the marketing team to ensure consistent brand voice and quality
Secondary Responsibilities
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) to accelerate content development and ideation while maintaining Denison's brand voice and quality standards
- Collaborate with the social media, video, and design teams on integrated campaign assets
- Partner with cross-functional teams — New Boat Sales, Brokerage, Charter, Charter Management, West Coast, and European Operations — to ensure campaigns support their specific objectives
- Support boat show campaigns and event-specific content needs
- Work within Monday.com to manage tasks and maintain visibility across team priorities
- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline the email and content production pipeline
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in email marketing and/or content marketing with measurable results
- Strong command of HubSpot Marketing Hub — email design, workflows, automation, CRM integration, and reporting
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for responsive email design and template customization
- Excellent copywriting skills — able to write across formats from long-form articles to punchy email subject lines, social captions, and video scripts
- Solid understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene, segmentation, and campaign best practices
- Familiarity with SEO content principles — keyword research, on-page optimization, and content performance analysis
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar analytics tools to measure content and campaign performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot certifications (Email Marketing, Content Marketing, or Marketing Software)
- Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or similar)
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console
- Basic creative skills — comfortable with Canva or Photoshop for email visuals and light asset creation
- Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management platforms
- Experience with social-platform content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
- Luxury brand, marine industry, real estate, or travel marketing experience
