Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement SOPs at the direction of leadership
- Implement oversee KPI tracking
- Integrate and optimize Filevine and LeadLeaddocket
- Oversee and optimize daily operations, including administrative support, case management, and resource allocation.
- Implement efficient office processes and operational policies to enhance productivity.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all operations support the firm’s strategic objectives.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation among departments to achieve operational goals.
- Conduct training and development initiatives for staff to improve skills and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software and technology.
