Duties

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Assist servers by delivering menus, water, and other needs to enhance guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and dining area to ensure a welcoming environment
• Answer phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, providing accurate information about wait times and reservations
• Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns courteously and promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow and uphold high standards of hospitality

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Excellent guest service skills, including patience, attentiveness, and professionalism
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hotel or guest services experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across hospitality settings
• Knowledge of serving procedures, restaurant operations, and hospitality best practices is beneficial

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
