Server / Guest Services Team Member
Eureka Roadhouse – Eureka, Alaska
Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour Tips

Eureka Roadhouse is a family-owned restaurant, lodge, convenience store, and fuel station located in the heart of beautiful Alaska. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team—not just fill a position.
Our ideal candidate is interested in building a long-term home with us, but we are also happy to consider exceptional seasonal applicants.
This is a unique position for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and loves providing outstanding hospitality. No two days are the same, and everyone works together to keep the lodge running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Provide friendly, professional table service
Operate the convenience store register and assist customers
Prepare espresso drinks and specialty coffees (experience is a plus, but we’ll gladly train the right person)
Bake and serve our homemade pies and desserts
Clean and prepare hotel rooms and guest cabins
Restock merchandise and help maintain inventory
Help keep the restaurant, lodge, and guest areas clean and welcoming
Jump in wherever needed and support your teammates
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, dependable, and honest

Team-oriented and willing to help in all areas of the business
Comfortable living in a remote Alaska community
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and grow with our business
Previous serving or customer service experience is preferred but not required
