Our Atlanta location is rapidly growing and seeking passionate professionals who believe in transforming patient care through science.

As a Patient Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in connecting patients to potentially life-changing clinical trials. You’ll be responsible for outreach, education, and engagement—building trust and fostering relationships with patients and community organizations. Your mission is to ensure that every qualified patient knows about and has the opportunity to participate in clinical research.

• Conduct outreach through calls, social media, community events, and physician referrals to identify and engage potential study participants.
• Educate patients on ongoing clinical trials, eligibility, and study benefits.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach and recruitment activities in our CRM.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient onboarding process.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets for assigned studies.
• Represent Denali Health with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, sales, or community outreach is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable engaging with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply.
