Job Description:
Overview
The Project Manager provides over all the planning through delivery. Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated. Utilizes appropriate tools to plan project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Communicate schedule and changes to all stakeholders. Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks. Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.

Compensation: $70,000 to $95,000/ yr DOE

Work Location: On-site (various locations across the Front Range)
Essential Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Accurately create and manage materials lists; ensure material efficiency and minimize waste.
- Identify building sequences and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate project schedules with General Contractors (GCs).
- Conduct site coordination, post-project “lessons learned,” and margin review meetings.
- Manage manpower needs and project staffing.
- Review and approve payroll, subcontractor payments, and invoices.
- Conduct monthly financial reviews and reconcile credit card statements.
Safety & Compliance
- Lead by example in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety standards.
- Participate in development of Site-Specific Safety Plans.
Contract & Cost Control
- Manage, negotiate, and control job cost budgets.
- Create and issue subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
- Review and approve GC pay applications.
- Track and manage change orders and risk register items.
- Attend and represent the company at subcontractor/GC meetings.
Documentation & Reporting
- Generate and manage RFIs, submittals, and change order logs.
- Upload scopes, shop drawings, and as-builts into PlanGrid.
- Provide required project documentation for warranty and owner’s manuals.
- Prepare Certificates of Substantial Completion and notify accounting of job closeout.
Coordination & Communication
- Conduct GC/MEP coordination meetings and mock-ups.
- Coordinate deliveries, long-lead items, equipment, and rentals.
- Manage site logistics including parking and connex orders.
- Communicate with GC, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
Quality Control
- Perform quality control walks prior to inspections.
- Create and track punch lists to completion.
- Schedule and oversee final inspections.
Team Leadership
- Recommend personnel changes (hiring, firing, relocations).
- Train and mentor project team members and subcontractors.
- Ensure subcontractors have competent personnel for assigned scopes.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk project sites, including ascending/descending temporary or permanent stairways.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Equivalent field-related certifications accepted.
Experience:
- 5 years in construction project management (plumbing or related trade strongly preferred).
- 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with PlanGrid, Smartsheets, Bluebeam, and Procore preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
