Responsibilities (vary by position)
- Oversee and lead crews in HVAC or plumbing projects
- Manage schedules, materials, and jobsite progress
- Ensure work meets quality, safety, and code standards
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and team members
- Install, service, and troubleshoot HVAC systems (for HVAC roles)
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Qualifications
- Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of trade-specific systems, codes, and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and other general applications
