Role Description
This is an on-site role with per diem located in Carlsbad, NM, and or Midland, Tx for a 2 Man Survey Crew. The Party Chief will be responsible for overseeing daily survey operations, coordinating and leading crews, ensuring accurate and timely data collection, and maintaining equipment. They will also perform field stakeout tasks, process field data, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in survey equipment operation, data collection, and processing
- Experience with preliminary survey, boundary, As-built, Pig Tracking , AGM survey, etc..
- Familiarity with safety regulations and company policies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience in Pipe Tracking Software
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus
