Part-Time Personal Assistant & Household Manager


Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 3 days per week


A private high‑net‑worth individual/family in Dallas is seeking an experienced, discreet Personal Assistant & Household Manager to provide hands‑on support for day‑to‑day household operations and personal administrative needs.


This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who enjoys being highly involved, anticipates needs, and takes pride in creating seamless systems behind the scenes in a private home setting.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing daily household operations and vendor coordination
  • Managing personal and household administrative tasks, scheduling, and records
  • Supporting travel preparation, household readiness, and personal logistics
  • Handling confidential information with the highest level of discretion


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a high‑net‑worth family or individual in a personal assistant, executive support, household management, or similar private service role
  • Highly organized, proactive, and service‑oriented
  • Comfortable working independently in a hands‑on household environment
  • Strong communication skills and sound judgment
  • Tech‑savvy within a Mac environment, using the MS Office Suite and QuickBooks; adaptable to new systems



This is a part‑time, long‑term opportunity for someone seeking meaningful work in a trusted, close‑knit environment.
