Escrow Assistant needed in the Park Cities area!

The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Degree preferred
- 4 years' experience as an Escrow Assistant that has supported high networth clientele within a title environment
- RamQuest is required
- Must know the front and back end assistant work
- Must be a self-starter, quick study and self directed
Responsibilities include:
- Open new orders (Contracts/refi’s)
- Send out commitments
- Clean up title issues on the commitment as needed
- Order payoffs/HOA’s/surveys/warranties
- Fund the files
- Disburse file (balance/issue checks/mail outs/overnight checks)
- Ship files
- Record documents
- Prepare and send files for policy
- Scan files into file scan and shred originals once file is complete
- Handle post-closing concern/issues
- Back up closing for the escrow officer as needed
