Responsibilities
- Conduct physical therapy assessments and document resident functional progress in electronic medical records
- Deliver direct physical therapy interventions targeting strength, balance, and gait training
- Partner with occupational therapists and nursing personnel to coordinate daily treatment schedules
- Complete timely clinical documentation and billing logs following each patient session
- Instruct residents and family members on safe movement techniques prior to discharge
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Starting at $52–$62/hr, scaling upward with experience
- Schedule: PRN (As-needed shift pickup)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Must pass a standard criminal background check
- Must pass a drug screening
- Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
