Entry-Level Administrative Support / Market Research Analyst

The position provides strong exposure to commercial real estate operations, including property data management, outbound communication with industry contacts nationwide, and support for marketing and presentation materials. Schedule Overview (9/80 Model)
- Week 1: ~44 hours (Monday–Thursday 9-hour days, Friday 8-hour day)
- Week 2: ~36 hours (Monday–Thursday 9-hour days, Friday off)
- Every other Friday off
Core Responsibilities
This role blends research, communication, and administrative support.
- Contact landlords and property contacts nationwide via phone and email
- Conduct outbound outreach (phone communication is a key component)
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Perform data entry for market surveys and property information
- Maintain and update building and market data records
- Support market research and internal reporting, including:
- Demographic research and data entry
- Broker and contact database updates (regional and national)
- Inventory tracking and database maintenance
- Assist with marketing and presentation materials:
- Assemble property photos and floor plans
- Create maps for surveys and presentations
- Support creation of sublease and sales listing flyers
