Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
- Onboard new customer accounts and maintain accurate system data
- Coordinate service requests, work orders, and operational follow-through
- Communicate with customers regarding account updates, equipment needs, and service issues
- Support logistics, inventory tracking, and equipment coordination
- Review reports and ensure operational compliance and accuracy
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of experience in operations, customer support, logistics, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
- Excel and Salesforce experience preferred
