Are you passionate about patient care and teamwork? Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients from newborns to geriatrics, including those in Transitions–Post Acute Care (T-PAC).
Under the guidance of an RN, you’ll help create a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for patients and their families—while growing your skills in a fast-paced clinical setting.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Support patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
- Assist nurses with daily care, monitoring, and patient observations
- Participate in shift reports and communicate patient updates clearly
- Recognize changes in patient condition and report promptly
- Conduct patient rounds and complete accurate EHR documentation
- Assist with patient transfers and transportation
- Keep patient care areas stocked, clean, and organized
- Be a key part of a collaborative, patient-centered care team
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of a state-certified CNA training program
- CNA certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days OR full-time enrollment in an RN or LPN program (transcripts required)
- At least 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
- BLS certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days
- A caring attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift and move patients and equipment safely (with or without assistance)
- Operate medical equipment and respond to alarms
- Thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress healthcare environment
