- Manage the end-to-end collections process for debt accounts, including follow-up on overdue payments and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with accounts payable teams to ensure accurate processing of payments and account reconciliation.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports, identify delinquent accounts, and implement strategies to recover outstanding balances effectively.
- Use financial software and accounting systems to track collection activities, generate reports, and analyze account status for ongoing improvement.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, insurance companies, and internal departments to ensure clear, professional interactions.
