- Utilize accounting software and financial software systems to document collection activities, update account statuses, and generate reports.

Experience
- Proven experience in medical collections, accounts payable, or accounts receivable roles within financial services industries.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial software tools used for account reconciliation and account analysis.

- Ability to interpret complex financial data accurately while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
