Ecommerce Manager (B2B) – Near Totowa NJ
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee all aspects of our B2B ecommerce business. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Near Wayne New Jersey, responsible for managing the website’s performance, content, customer experience, and overall profitability. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where marketing, technology, and business operations intersect.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the B2B ecommerce site, ensuring a seamless, user-friendly, and reliable experience for business customers.
- Manage and update all website content including editorial features, product information, and promotional materials to ensure accuracy, engagement, and alignment with brand goals.
- Maintain and optimize online pricing structures in coordination with sales and management to balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Serve as the liaison between ecommerce, sales, marketing, and IT to ensure alignment on strategy, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage third-party agencies and vendors supporting SEO, digital marketing, and site development to maximize traffic, visibility, and lead generation.
- Monitor site analytics, conversion rates, and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
- Oversee customer interaction and support through the ecommerce platform, ensuring exceptional service and responsiveness to business client needs.
- Partner with marketing to execute campaigns, email outreach, and content strategies tailored to B2B customers.
- Stay informed of ecommerce trends, technologies, and competitive activity to recommend enhancements and maintain a best-in-class platform.
- Manage the ecommerce P&L and reporting metrics to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field.
- 5 years of ecommerce management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of website operations, UX, analytics, and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience working with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing campaigns (including management of third-party providers).
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work onsite, five days per week in North New Jersey.
