What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Shop - Entry Level position at Delphos Machine & Tool, Inc.?
If you have a mechanical aptitude and want to learn machining skills that will lead to excellent income opportunity and job stability, then this may be the position for you. No experience is required, but good attendance and a conscientious, detail oriented attitude is a must.
This is a trainee level position. You will be assigned tasks in all areas of operation in our facility. One day you might be changing parts in a cnc machine, the next you could be working in shipping and the day after that you could be cleaning bathrooms. As your skills increase, so will your time operating machinery. Your pay will also increase along with your skills.
