- Execute test scripts to validate system functionality and document results on SharePoint.
- Identify, document, and communicate defects or issues using Jira.
- Provide recommendations for functional and technical improvements based on testing outcomes.
- Analyze the impact of product planning decisions on system performance and compliance.
- Participate in product design reviews to verify alignment with quality and functional requirements.
- Conduct impact analyses on fixes and enhancements to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Offer basic product support and respond to detailed technical and functional inquiries promptly.
- Accurately assess defect severity and document all testing activities for future reference.
- Review test approaches and conditions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ticketing system proficiency, preferably with Jira.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic system issues.
- SharePoint experience.
- Strong analytical and customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills for status updates and issue reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with application testing in regulated environments related to vital records or similar domains.
