We are looking to add multiple Business Development Managers / Account Managers to our contingent labor and direct hire divisions. We are interested in meeting with candidates that have prior staffing agency or similar experience.
As a Sales Professional At Delphi, You Will
- Secure new client agreements and job orders
- Build close partnerships with new and existing clients through consultative and responsive support
- Create compelling candidate documents to aid in client decision-making
- Communicate with the delivery team to prioritize orders and share client-specific requirements
Required
- Excellent business development, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct a moderate volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
- Highly motivated by money
- Negotiate contracts, rates, fees, and solutions with your clients
- A commitment to delivering white glove consultative service
