Seeking a highly skilled Oracle professional with expertise in data modeling, ETL development, and cloud-based Oracle analytics. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement enterprise-class data repositories and develop automated data processes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Designs and implements enterprise data repositories utilizing Oracle on-premises and cloud-hosted databases.
- Develops fully automated ETL processes from diverse flat-file and database sources.
- Utilizes API calls to support automated data refreshes and integrations.
- Develops and maintains solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Creates complex procedures, functions, views, and scripts using SQL and PL/SQL.
- Designs and implements dimensional and tabular data models to meet business requirements.
- Translates complex business needs into scalable, reliable technical solutions.
- Maintains error logging, system monitoring, and comprehensive system documentation.
- Develops architectural diagrams and trains team members on technical content.
- Researches technical options independently to identify suitable solutions for evolving needs.
- Collaborates with developers, analysts, and DBAs to ensure optimal database performance.
- Performs database management and maintenance tasks, including issue resolution.
- Mentors junior staff and provides technical guidance to team members.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field.
- Proven experience developing automated ETL processes.
- Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise data repositories with Oracle on-premises and cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling and data architecture.
- Ability to serve as a technical mentor.
- W-2 employment authorization.
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Familiarity with API integrations and cloud data solutions.
