- Coordinate and support cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders across IT and Procurement organizations.
- Review and manage inbound funding requests, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly submitted.
- Manage multiple requests and project activities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organization.
- Collaborate with business partners, technical teams, and procurement personnel to gather requirements and necessary documentation.
- Track project progress, monitor milestones, and resolve issues that may impact timelines or deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between functional areas to maintain alignment with project objectives.
- Provide status updates and follow up with stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve documentation issues.
- Maintain compliance with organizational processes and standards.
- Contribute to the successful execution of IT and procurement initiatives through effective coordination and communication.
- Experience in IT procurement or a related environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple small projects or requests simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience managing inbound funding requests and documentation.
- Experience working within a hybrid remote environment.
