Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee exploratory interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops with State representatives to understand current workflows and identify shortcomings.
- Lead the development of the new intake process by facilitating discussions to ensure alignment with State objectives and contributing to establishing key metrics for prototype evaluation.
- Review project documentation to ensure transparency and clarity for stakeholders at all levels within the Child Protective Services ecosystem.
- Coordinate conference room demonstrations, reviewing frameworks to certify alignment with project goals.
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap illustrating how the developed AI-based technology can be integrated into the State’s existing technology landscape.
- Oversee the creation of the final project report, documenting all significant findings, methodologies, and recommendations to inform future initiatives.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management roles with state, local government, or corporate clients.
- Proven expertise in AI product management, including defining product requirements and developing solution prototypes.
- Extensive experience with pattern of life and geospatial analysis, especially related to child welfare, public safety, or risk management.
- Deep knowledge of implementing enterprise IT solutions involving data analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and secure support from stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency with Agile, Pert, and Gantt project management methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; master’s or higher degree preferred.
- Ability to work remotely in an off-site capacity with a flexible schedule.
- Experience with government or public sector projects focused on child welfare or social services.
- Familiarity with the data systems used by Child Protective Services.
- Prior success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder technology initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills in pattern analysis and geospatial data interpretation.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or agile frameworks.
