We are seeking an experienced Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) Senior Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise tax reporting solutions within a dynamic, enterprise environment. This role involves configuring and integrating Oracle TRCS modules to meet complex tax compliance and reporting needs, collaborating closely with finance, tax, and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless system functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle TRCS implementations, including designing, configuring, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to tax provisioning, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Configure TRCS components such as Tax Provision, Deferred Tax, and Effective Tax Rate (ETR) modules to meet client needs.
- Design and develop data integrations between TRCS and source systems, including ERP and data warehouse environments.
- Develop calculation scripts, rules, and workflows within TRCS to automate tax calculations and reporting procedures.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), assist in training users, and contribute to post-go-live support activities.
- Document system design, configurations, operational procedures, and provide process improvement recommendations.
- 5 years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle EPM solutions, with a focus on TRCS.
- Proven experience with Oracle TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service) implementations.
- Strong understanding of corporate tax processes, including tax provisioning and compliance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, such as EPBCS, FCCS, or related modules, is a plus.
- Experience with data integration tools like Data Management or FDMEE.
- Proficiency in developing business rules and calculation scripting within Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience integrating TRCS with ERP systems such as Oracle ERP Cloud or SAP.
- Knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting processes.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools like Groovy within EPM Cloud.
- Prior consulting experience in a client-facing role.
- Relevant Oracle certifications in EPM Cloud or TRCS.
