FAST GenTax Application Programmer | Location: Remote | Contract | Hourly Pay Range: $55-$65

This role involves analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and documenting enhancements and fixes within the GenTax environment, utilizing tools such as C#, PostgreSQL, and Visual Studio. The position requires independent coordination with other developers to ensure efficient and accurate system performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and develop code enhancements and fixes for the GenTax system.
- Implement SQR change requests and track modifications in the Fast Central Repository following project standards.
- Collaborate with other software developers to coordinate development efforts.
- Participate in structured code reviews and walkthroughs to ensure quality standards.
- Execute responsibilities with minimal supervision to improve tax processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of programming experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with FAST Enterprises technology systems, including GenTax, Fast DS-VS, Fast UI-PL, or Fast CSE.
- Proficiency in C#, PostgreSQL, and Visual Studio.
- Not worked for FAST Enterprises directly in the past 6 months.
- Experience with SQR programming and system change management.
