Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth technical analysis of custom applications to understand workflows, dependencies, and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine the product backlog.
- Analyze and document existing business and system workflows, translating them into detailed technical design documentation.
- Elicit, validate, and communicate user requirements to development teams for solution design.
- Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing to confirm system functionality meets user expectations.
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes, technical enhancements, and change management activities.
- Support administrative functions including deployment certification, waiver documentation, and participation in change management processes.
- Utilize Jira for backlog management, issue tracking, and documentation workflow.
- Proven experience supporting custom applications and performing enterprise-level systems analysis.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical details.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Experience supporting IT administrative processes, including change management and deployment coordination.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, application teams, and technical staff.
