Business Systems Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support integration efforts between Salesforce and Acumatica using Workato. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in optimizing workflows, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring seamless data exchanges across systems. This position offers a great opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement best practices for system integrations.

Responsibilities:
• Design, audit, and refine Workato workflows to ensure efficient integration between Salesforce and Acumatica.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues, focusing on data accuracy and validation.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, and modular design approaches to improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify workflow gaps and develop effective solutions.
• Optimize data transformation processes to enhance system functionality and usability.
• Conduct detailed analysis of Salesforce and Acumatica data models to support integration improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and technical configurations.
• Monitor and enhance automation recipes to ensure seamless data movement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices for integration tools and methodologies.
• Provide recommendations to improve system performance and scalability.
• Extensive experience with Workato or other integration platform-as-a-service (iPaaS) tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Acumatica data models and integration processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex system workflows.
• Familiarity with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) processes and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills for auditing data accuracy and system functionality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
• Strong documentation skills to support system updates and workflow improvements.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis or related fields.
