Core Functions
- Perform Fleet Maintenance Safely & Compliantly

Follow all shop safety standards and DOT maintenance regulations.

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on:
- Semi-Trucks
- Trailers (brake systems, suspension, lighting, structural repairs)
- Pickup trucks (gas & diesel platforms)
- Forklifts (propane, diesel, electric systems)
- Mobile cranes

- Ensure Vehicle & Trailer Quality Compliance

Maintain equipment to meet inspection, safety, and load-securement standards

- Minimize Fleet Downtime Through Production Collaboration
- Communicate repair timelines clearly with transportation and production teams to protect delivery schedules
- Maintain Organized Fleet Service Areas (6S)

Keep maintenance bays, tools, and documentation organized and audit-ready.

- Demonstrate Accountability & Skill Growth

Continue technical development, support team members, and reinforce Safety ? Quality ? Production priorities in all repair decisions.
