Core Functions
- Fabricate and assemble steel components per shop drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Verify fit-up, alignment, and workmanship to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Operate fabrication equipment and tools (e.g., welders, CNC drills) and report issues as needed
- Safely handle materials using cranes/hoists while following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Maintain a clean, organized work area to support safe and efficient operations (6S)
- Follow procedures and support Quality Control to meet inspection and compliance requirements
- Read and interpret shop drawings, weld symbols, and work instructions
- Perform welding per approved WPS when trained/certified
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively to meet production schedules and goals
