Work You’ll Do
As a Human Resource Project Delivery Senior Analyst for our Federal client, you will:
- Serve as a change agent in managing the civilian workforce through Federal human resources practices to advance human capital development, employee retention, and strategic workforce goals
- Function as a subject matter expert for the Civilian Career Field, providing guidance on policy, reporting, and workforce management matters to the Civilian Career Field Manager and other stakeholders
- Develop, review, and refine policies, procedures, and workforce guidance to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and Federal HR requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, data, and documentation related to Civilian Career Field activities, ensuring timely and reliable information for leadership decision-making
- Lead communications, outreach, and event coordination efforts, including the design of promotional materials and the drafting and refinement of client briefs, memoranda, and other communication products
- Support Law Enforcement training recruitment initiatives by coordinating outreach activities and promoting workforce development opportunities
- Manage and track assignments, deliverables, and workflow processes using the client task management tool to ensure timely execution and accountability
- Contribute directly to mission readiness and operational effectiveness by ensuring the civilian workforce is strategically managed, professionally developed, and aligned with organizational objectives

Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of Federal Human Resource (HR) experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to be on site 80% of the time in Arlington, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
