Work You’ll Do
As a ServiceNow Developer Consultant for our intel community client team, you will:
Support the ServiceNow application development needs of a VA based agency, using your knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and experience with modules such as, SPM, ITSM, CSM and/or Service Portal
Functions:
- Engage with client stakeholders, IT personnel, process SMEs, engineering/support teams, and other members of the Digital Labor engagement to:
- Analyze and qualify processes for automation
- Design, implement, test, deploy, support, and operate ServiceNow Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software in client environment
- Serve as a process engineer, technology implementer, solution developer, and client advisor

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required with an active polygraph
- 2 years of ServiceNow Developer or Back End experience, and SPM/ITSM/CSM or Service Portal modules
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Masters degree
- CSA certifications and/or platform management experience
