Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share, customer retention, and profitability
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Train and mentor sales team to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements:
