Starting pay is $24.75 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional performance incentives.

THE OPPORTUNITY

YOUR DAY HAS A PURPOSE

Every shift starts at our Mount Joy terminal, where you'll prepare your assigned vehicle and receive your delivery route.

From there, you'll head out to deliver packages to customers throughout the region.

You'll spend your day driving, walking, organizing packages, and completing deliveries while following established safety and customer service standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Safely operating a company delivery van
• Delivering packages to residential and business addresses
• Following assigned routes using navigation technology
• Organizing packages for efficient delivery
• Entering and exiting the vehicle throughout the shift
• Maintaining safe and productive work habits
• Providing professional customer service
• Communicating with the operations team
• Completing assigned deliveries within scheduled route expectations

We're looking for people who take pride in showing up on time, staying productive, following instructions, and being accountable for their work.

Basic requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old and 3 years of driving experience
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Commitment to safe driving
• Comfortable working independently
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Ability to safely lift and handle packages up to 50 pounds when required
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including weekend availability

Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, construction, landscaping, restaurants, retail, hospitality, transportation, or customer service can be a great foundation for this position.

No delivery experience required. Paid training provided.

IMPORTANT REPORTING INFORMATION

We're recruiting applicants from Columbia, PA 17512 and surrounding communities.

All employees report to our Mount Joy terminal at the beginning and end of their scheduled shifts.

Applicants are responsible for their transportation to and from the terminal. Once at work, a company delivery van is provided for the assigned route.
