Delivery Driver Position - Full time - Push to Peak !!! ($24.75 + Incentives )

We're looking for dependable people from McAdoo and surrounding communities to join our full-time delivery team based out of the Hazleton terminal.

You'll start your workday at 10:15 AM, meet up with the team, prepare your company-provided delivery van, and head out on an assigned route. From there, the day is about staying organized, working safely, and getting the job done.

It's active. It's independent. And no two delivery days are exactly the same.

STARTING PAY: $24.75 PER HOUR

Here's what the position offers:

• Full-time employment
• 10:15 AM start time
• 40 hours available weekly
• Overtime paid after 40 hours

WE PROVIDE YOUR DELIVERY VEHICLE

No need to put delivery miles on your own car.

Once you report to the Hazleton terminal, we provide:

• Company delivery van
• Navigation and route technology
• Delivery equipment
• Training
• Route information
• Support from the operations team

No CDL required.

WHAT WILL YOU ACTUALLY DO?

Your day starts at the terminal, but most of it is spent out on the road.

You'll be responsible for:

• Safely operating a company delivery vehicle
• Completing an assigned daily route
• Delivering packages to homes and businesses
• Following route guidance using provided technology
• Entering and exiting the vehicle frequently
• Organizing and handling packages throughout the shift
• Keeping an efficient pace while maintaining safety
• Providing professional service at delivery locations
• Communicating with the operations team when needed

WE'RE LOOKING FOR DEPENDABLE PEOPLE

You don't need years of delivery experience.

What matters is whether you're someone your team can count on.

We're looking for applicants who:

• Are at least 21 years old
• Have a valid driver's license
• Take attendance and punctuality seriously
• Make safe decisions behind the wheel
• Are comfortable working independently
• Can stay organized and productive throughout the day
• Communicate professionally
• Are comfortable working outdoors in changing weather
• Can safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs when required

NEVER DELIVERED PACKAGES BEFORE?

That's okay.

Some great drivers come from completely different types of work.

Warehousing. Manufacturing. Construction. Restaurants. Landscaping. Retail. Hospitality. Customer service.

We'll provide the delivery training.

Applicants are responsible for transportation to and from the Hazleton terminal. After reporting for work, the company provides the delivery vehicle used for the assigned route.
