We're looking for dependable people from Lititz and surrounding communities to join our growing delivery team based out of the Mount Joy terminal.

You'll begin your shift with your team, receive a company-provided delivery van and assigned route, and then spend the majority of your workday out on the road. You'll work independently, stay active, and have a clear goal to accomplish each day.

STARTING PAY: $24.75 PER HOUR

• Full-time employment
• 40 hours available weekly
• Typical shift approximately 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Weekly direct deposit

DRIVE FOR WORK — WITHOUT USING YOUR OWN CAR

Your personal vehicle is only needed to get you to and from the Mount Joy terminal.

Once you're at work, we provide:

• Company delivery van
• Navigation and route technology
• Delivery equipment
• Route information
• Paid training
• Daily operations support

No CDL required.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

After preparing for your route at the terminal, you'll head out to complete scheduled package deliveries to homes and businesses.

Throughout your shift, you'll:

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
• Complete an assigned daily route
• Deliver packages accurately and efficiently
• Follow route guidance using provided technology
• Enter and exit the vehicle frequently
• Organize and handle packages throughout the day
• Maintain an efficient pace while working safely
• Provide professional customer service
• Communicate with the operations team when needed

WHAT WE'RE REALLY LOOKING FOR

We're not expecting everyone who applies to already be a delivery driver.

We can teach delivery.

What matters is finding people who understand the importance of being dependable, arriving when scheduled, working safely, and taking responsibility for getting the job done.

Applicants must:

• Be at least 21 years old and 3 years driving experience
• Have a valid driver's license
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality
• Demonstrate safe and responsible driving habits
• Be comfortable working independently
• Stay productive throughout an active workday
• Communicate professionally
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs when required

All employees hired for this position report to our Mount Joy terminal at the beginning and end of their scheduled shift.

Applicants are responsible for transportation to and from the terminal. Once you report for work, a company delivery vehicle is provided for your assigned route.
