Local Delivery Driver - $24.75 + Incentives - Full Time and Early Start (Amazon Packages)

If you're ready to get away from spending every shift inside a warehouse, restaurant, store, or production facility, consider taking your workday on the road.

We're adding full-time drivers from the Lancaster area to our growing delivery operation based in Mount Joy.

You'll start each scheduled day at our Mount Joy terminal, receive a company-provided delivery van and assigned route, and spend your shift completing deliveries throughout the surrounding communities.

It's active work. It's independent work. And at the end of the day, you can see exactly what you accomplished.

STARTING PAY — $24.75 PER HOUR

We're offering:

• Full-time employment
• 40 hours available weekly
• Typical shift: 9:20 AM – 7:20 PM
• Overtime paid after 40 hours
• Weekly direct deposit

LEAVE YOUR PERSONAL CAR AT THE TERMINAL

You drive to work. We provide the vehicle you work in.

Once you're on the clock, you'll have access to:

• Company-provided delivery van
• Navigation and route technology

• Support from the operations team throughout your shift

No CDL required.

SPEND YOUR DAY ON THE MOVE

Your assigned route will take you to residential and commercial delivery locations throughout the region.

During a typical shift, you'll:

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
• Complete scheduled package deliveries
• Follow an assigned route using provided technology
• Enter and exit the vehicle frequently
• Organize and handle packages throughout the day
• Maintain delivery accuracy and organization
• Interact professionally with customers
• Communicate with the operations team
• Follow established vehicle and workplace safety procedures

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A DELIVERY DRIVER TODAY

We'll train you.

We're more interested in finding someone who is reliable, responsible, safety-minded, and ready to work than someone with a particular job title on their resume.

To qualify, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old
• Have a valid driver's license
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality
• Be comfortable driving throughout the workday
• Work independently and manage your responsibilities
• Communicate professionally
• Be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Safely lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs when required

REPORTING LOCATION

This advertisement is recruiting candidates from Lancaster and surrounding communities.

Employees hired for this position report to our Mount Joy terminal at the beginning and end of each scheduled shift. Applicants are responsible for transportation to and from the terminal. A company delivery vehicle is provided for the route after reporting to work.
