What You’ll Do
- Identify, research, and connect with potential customers through various outbound sales channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.)
- Create and maintain a qualified pipeline of leads for the sales team
- Leverage your network and prospecting skills to develop new sales opportunities
- Log all activities, notes, and tasks in HubSpot (and similar sales tools) in order to provide complete transparency around day-to-day sales activities
- Meet or exceed quota
- Collaborate with the Growth Team (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) on ways to improve our customer journey and positioning
- Commit to continuous improvement and education
- Dedicate to professional growth and elite selling

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in sales, meeting or exceeded quota
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Google Suite, HubSpot and/or Salesforce and other sales software
- Preferred but not required: experience working in, or selling to, the franchise industry
- Infectiously curious and a great listener
- An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated, internally driven and a self starter
- Eager to seek new opportunities and advance your career
- $55k Base Salary. $85k OTE
