The Dishwasher is an hourly kitchen support position responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across the café. As a Dishwasher, you keep the dish room running smoothly and keep the Kitchen and Front of House teams stocked with the flatware, plate ware, and stemware they need to guarantee a comfortable, well-kept atmosphere for every Guest.

What You’ll Do
- Keep the dish room sanitized and organized.
- Restock flatware, plate ware, and stemware to the Front of the House as needed.
- Assist with putting product orders away and organizing storage and walk-ins.
- Operate and maintain the dish machine per manufacturer and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements
- Stands, works, and moves during the entire shift with frequent bending and stooping. Lifts and carries racks and cases of up to 30 lbs. multiple times per shift.
- Be able to acknowledge hazards such as broken glass, hot water, burns, slipping, and tripping.
- Able to work with dish room equipment including the dish machine, sprayers, and sanitizing chemicals.
- Comfortable working in a hot, humid dish room environment for extended periods.
- Be able to hear and communicate with Managers, Associates, and Guests in the midst of loud background noises.
