Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Executive to lead and manage all facets of our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human capital management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS systems. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing channels, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training & development programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage benefits administration to ensure competitive offerings and compliance with applicable laws.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting performance management reviews, and facilitating effective communication across teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Utilize HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro for data collection, reporting, payroll processing (Paychex, ADP), and benefits administration.
- Lead change management initiatives by guiding organizational restructuring projects and supporting leadership through transition phases.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and employment law to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo to attract top talent efficiently.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with leadership, employees, and external partners.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, or Ceridian for data entry, reporting, and workforce management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating conflict management skills when resolving workplace issues.
- Familiarity with benefits administration tools like Paychex or Paylocity and payroll systems including UltiPro or ADP to ensure accurate compensation processing.
