We are currently working with a growing manufacturing client who is looking for a ERP Planning Specialist to join the team. This role is responsible for the Visual ERP system to support effective production planning, capacity management, scheduling, material flow, and tactical planning activities. We are looking for 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Visual ERP
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the in-house expert for Visual ERP, including configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Visual ERP
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Visual reports, dashboards, and system tools
- Support or lead future system upgrades and module add-ons
- Execute and manage capacity planning across multiple manufacturing departments
- Analyze constraints in a mixed manufacturing model
- Review routings, BOMs, lead times, etc
- Support the monthly SIOP process
- Generate and refine forecasting and load-to-capacity analyses
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Supply Chain
Qualifications
- 5 years of direct experience with Visual ERP, including deep understanding of planning, scheduling, MRP, and reporting functions.
- Experience participating in at least one Visual ERP implementation, major upgrade, or large-scale optimization project.
- Strong background in manufacturing planning
- Hands-on experience with capacity planning, MRP, tactical planning, and SIOP.
- Proficiency in Visual Reports, data queries, and ERP reporting tools.
