What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Training Support position at DELAWARE RESOURCE GROUP OF OKLAHOMA?
Directly assists the Commander in the management of assigned Operations support program functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update training data in GTIMS (or equivalent systems), ARMS, and local databases.
Build, review, and maintain student and permanent party records, folders, and gradebooks IAW AFIs, MAJCOM supplements, and local guidance.
Coordinate and schedule classes, exams, ground training, and external agency requirements (CRM, ICRM, IRC, emergency management, etc.).
Track and report squadron training status, readiness, and upgrade/continuation training progress through daily checks and weekly/periodic updates to leadership.
Assist the Squadron DOT Flight Chief with training/testing plans, off-site training coordination, curriculum and syllabus development, and scheduling to maximize training opportunities.
Prepare required training reports and forms, including STRP briefings, proration reports, NMR letters, AF Form 2096, and OST training inputs.
Other duties as identified and assigned.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
At least six months of experience with GTIMS or equivalent scheduling programs.
Minimum one year of experience in an Air Force Squadron/Group/Wing training program.

Must be able to analyze problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions. Should interpret customer requirements from verbal, non-verbal, and written communication. Must perform calculations, percentages, and graph interpretation, with the ability to read and understand electrical schematics and drawings.
